SHIPPING
POLICY
All
orders placed online before 8am Pacific Time will be processed that
business day; orders place online after 8am Pacific Time will be
processed the following business day (excluding holidays).
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. We offer shipping
options via UPS Ground and FedEx Express to most states;
please add 1-2 business days for processing. For rush orders,
please call us directly at 1-800-582-6668.
Someone over the age of 21 must be present to sign for any packages
containing alcohol (Federal Law). Three delivery attempts will be
made before the package is returned to us. To avoid this
inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned
business address.
If a package
is returned or if a change is made to the shipping address after an
order is placed, the customer will be responsible for any extra
shipping or rerouting fees.
SHIPPING
DESTINATIONS
In some states, laws restrict or prevent us from shipping wine
directly to consumers in those states. Deliveries can only be
made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or
APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship internationally. We
are able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states
listed here:

EXTREME
WEATHER
To preserve
the quality of the wines during months of extreme
temperatures, we strongly encourage you to select 2-Day Air
shipping to any states outside of OR, WA and ID. If we
notice extreme temperatures around the country we may hold
your order until temperatures normalize in order to protect the
quality of the wine. Wine will be shipped as soon as the weather
becomes more temperate.
